A Satisfactory Property

The ideal tract of land we are looking for would be 100+ acres with rolling land, woods, open meadows, trails, and an open area for camp buildings. If possible, a lake/pond and stream for wildlife would add to the educational possibilities. An area for campsites, shooting range, and ORV trails is desirable.
